Welcome to 2012! Are you absolutely exhausted from the holidays? I know I am. We had a great first Christmas with Jude…but it was crazy busy…and I’m glad it’s over. And since he’s so darn cute…here’s a photo of him on his first Christmas!

But now on to business. For the month of January, I am knocking $100 off of my regular session price for cat sessions only. That means you get me for 1-2 hours of shooting, 20-30 edited images, and a high resolution CD for just $200!!! That’s a steal, people!
Please note: This is for CATS ONLY!! I will not be photographing your child, your dog, your family or anyone else. Just your cat. If you want to hop into a shot or two with your cat…that’s fine. But this offer is all about the felines! I love photographing cats so I’m really looking forward to this month.
If you’re interested in booking your cat’s session or if you have any questions about this offer, just email me at ashley@lovemutts.com.

I can’t believe it. On Wednesday of this week, my son will be exactly 6 months old. This half year has flown by. It seems like just yesterday we brought him home from the hospital. He is the smiliest kid I’ve ever met. He wants to be the center of attention at all times. And (so far) he’s been the easiest child to deal with on a day-to-day basis…I really hope he stays that way!
Anyhoo…I have to share with you some of his latest pictures. I pulled out my old studio stuff especially for this occasion.

And with his daddy. See any resemblence?

Not gonna lie…I’m a really bad blogger. I have trouble being consistant. In my defense, this is a really busy time of the year. Balancing work and family…especially your first year as a mommy. But when push comes to shove…I’m just not a good blogger.
So I sincerely apologize for the inconsistancy with which I post. But know that I am working behind the scenes on photo sessions, photo jewelry, and other projects. I’m not going anywhere for a while!
So…without further ado…allow me to introduce Tucker and Bella – two lovely cocker spaniels that I photographed a few weeks back.
Tucker – lots of personality…and attitude. I expect nothing less from a cocker!

Bella – unfortunately emotionally scarred from her time as a puppy factory for a puppy mill, she was very shy…but sweet nonetheless.

And the whole pack!

Time for a few personal photos. My Jude is almost 5 months old now and has changed so much since we first brought him home. Here are a few pictures from the past 2 months of adorableness!
I LOVE this outfit. It was my favorite of all the outfits I got from my baby showers.

Jude and Mommy!

And a few pictures from around the house…

He found his foot!

And what else would he be for his first Halloween? Of course, he’s a dog!

All my lil “doggies”!

The 2nd part of a two-part session with Fly and Emmy (1st part here). Here are some of Emmy’s photos.

And one more of Fly…

The latest installment of the Pit Bull Project. This is Lucy!

I’m currently in the middle of a session that has had to be rescheduled and broken into chunks…for several different reasons. So we start with Fly.

Here’s Fly with his mommy, Meredith and his sister, Emmy.

We’ll see more from Emmy in the next few posts.
I am so excited to be featured in this week’s issue of Cincy Chic, the online publication for women in Cincinnati. This issue is all about living with pets in Cincinnati. You can check out my feature here.
Here are a few shots from this past weekend’s session. Matt and I got to hang out with Rosko and Daisy, a boxer and a boxer mix that live in Loveland with their family. It was your typical boxer interaction – goofy, high-energy, and lots and lots of fun!

I’m introducing two new photo pendants. The Alison Pendant and the Coco Pendant.
The Coco Pendant is similar to the other photo pendants in that it is glass…however, it is set in a silver-plated metal tray. The Alison Pendant is also set in a silver-plated metal tray, but has a resin coating on top. Both are handmade by me and come ready to go on a chain or cord.
While we offer these to our clients to purchase with our images, you may provide your own image (as long as you have rights to that image). Simply email me a high resolution jpeg of the image you want to use. (If for any reason I think the photo you choose will not look right, I will contact you before I complete the pendant.)
As a special introductory offer, I’m offering 25% off all pendants until Friday, September 16th. See other pendants here.
So email me today at ashley@lovemutts.com. This is also where you should email the images you want to use.
Payments may be made by check or PayPal. No pendants will be started until payment has been received. Prices are also subject to OH State Sales Tax. Chains and cords not included.
