I am so excited about this new local business. It’s called Memories That Last a Lifetime and it’s the most popular way to cherish loved ones and memories in an amazing line of photo jewelry. I have seen this jewelry first hand and it is absolutely beautiful. These are great for birthday, anniversary, and Christmas gifts. Or if you just want to get a lil something for yourself.
Make sure you check them out!!
And to our clients…if you would like to order a piece of photo jewelry with an image that we took of your pet, we will gladly allow you to do this at no additional charge. Just let us know which image(s) and we will send it/them to MTLL for you.

This month’s Breed of the Month is the American Bulldog. So if you’ve got an ABD, be sure to get them in for photos this month and we’ll make a $25 donation to the American Bulldog Rescue of Cincinnati.

This gorgeous creature is Sugar, a rescued pittie who is sweet and loyal.

And this lil scene stealer is her brother, Archie. Also sweet…but would pass you over for a treat any day of the week.

I’m so excited to have my studio back. It’s time for some new family photos of all my “babies” I’ve only gotten 2 of them in there thus far…but I figured I’d share those anyway.
Naula…2-year-old pittie

Wolfy…6-year-old Maine Coon

And hey…we had family visit this weekend. So we took some photos of my sweet 3-month-old neice, Jordyn.

Mommy, Daddy, and baby. (Sorry Reds fans…everyone in our family are born and raised Cubbies! That’s what happens when you grow up in Central Illinois.)

And finally…my parents…and their dog who hates being in my studio and makes my job really hard.

This delightful lil 9-month-old pittie puppy is Emmy. And yes, she’s just as fun and playful as she looks. She was abandoned in a house in Georgia and now belongs to a loving pack. I mean, how can you resist that face?

Ugh! Difficult day!
This afternoon, Matt was mowing our backyard and ran over a rabbit’s nest. Luckily none of them were hurt or killed. They did, however, escape and start hopping all over the backyard. The last thing we want to do is jack-up nature and cause the deaths of 5 baby bunnies. So we caught 3 of them and put them in a cat carrier while we tried to figure out what to do.
We were frantically calling everyone we could think of that might know of a wildlife rehabilitator in the area that could help. We finally talked to our vet and realized we should have just called them first. Here’s a tip to anyone who ever finds themself in this situation…put them back where you found them. Mama bunny will come back and find them…even if you have touched them. So that’s what we did. But not until we got a couple of photos.

Yesterday we met King and his “parents”. King enjoys waffles, tennis balls, and jumping on every human being in sight. He’s sweet, cuddly, and adorable.

Whose tongue is longer? King’s? Or Rocco’s?

Sorry this is a few days late. Suffice it to say that my hard drive filled up and we had to make some room!
Anyhoo…this is Isis & Nemesis…two sweet pitties who like to “cuddle” with people who sit on the ground with them.
Isis

Nemesis (affectionately known as “Pigger”)

Playing…with something that used to resemble some kind of toy…

And with one of their humans, Dale

We were so excited to get to photograph another former foster, Frankie, for this project. He was our second pittie foster and was adopted to a wonderful couple. And 3 months ago got his own lil human brother, Kade.

Well, we managed to avoid the rain for part of the day and got one more session in. Then we had the perfect storm…in more ways than one. Between the rain, one of the dogs not feeling well, and home games for both the Reds and the Bengals (not good when you want to shoot downtown) we had to reschedule another session. But again, you’ll meet those two next weekend.
So I present to you, Santana. Her master died in 2005 and her grandparents graciously took her into their pack as one of their own. She is very loved and very blessed.
